Your Security in Jesus Christ

 Jeremiah 1:4 - 8

Vs. 4-Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

According to the scripture above, the Word of God is a living and the character of God. She is the extension of God Himself. The word of the LORD carries the totality of the authority and power ascribed to the LORD.

You must accept this truth that God’s word has been looking for you. The word of the Lord has been looking for you and the word of the LORD contains the details of God’s plan for you. The word of the Lord is the carrier of the knowledge, wisdom and understanding of God’s plan and purpose for your life.

The word of the LORD is saying some thing. She is always saying some thing and I want you to be conscious of this truth. The major challenge with some believers is – they are not sensitive to the word of the LORD or the details within the word. This error must be corrected.

Vs. 5- Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

God is not trying to plan for your life neither is He thinking of planning for your life. Before you were formed in the womb or belly of your mother, God knew you. He knew your assignment, purpose, plan and purpose behind you been formed in the belly of your mother. Every thing concerning your life was plain before him. Every detail of his plan, pain, trouble, problem, challenges, your strength, your weakness, you potential, your skills, your creativity, your emotions, and abilities ahead of you and within you were plain before Him.

Before your birth, the LORD blessed and made you holy for the assignment He assigned you before He were formed into your mother’s womb. He made you qualify for conquering every challenge that will confront you as you carry out that assignment. He made you able and good enough for this assignment He has assigned you before forming you into your mother’s womb.

Before your birth, the LORD designed (ordain – set-apart) you as a prophet to the nation. Your assignment received specification, principle and pattern. You are every thing – there is a place that the Lord has preserved for your life. There is a design you were patterned with of which you must take your time to understand and operate with. Understanding your design is you discovering, and recognizing your temperament, skills, creativity, passion, and potential that is required for the fulfillment of your divine assignment.

You must come to a place of deep understanding about your relationship with your maker. This will give you a clear picture of your identity, your divine assignment, and your design.

Vs.6- Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.

Vs. 7 - But the LORD said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.

If your divine assignment is a task you fill confident to do without God – it’s an error. As far as the Church is the bride of Jesus, you will always feel inadequate for the assignment the Lord has assigned you. You will never be complete without the Lord that has assigned you. What you lack is not your challenge, your challenge is what you have that you have failed to acknowledge and use. Your divine assignment has nothing to do with your age, its all about you following the leading of the Holy Spirit.

You were assigned by the Lord and you can only accomplish this assignment through the strength of the LORD that assigned you. Obedience is the key. You must go to the places the Lord will assign you to go and you must speak the words the Lord has command you.

The success of your Divine Assignment dwells in your constant fellowship or relationship with the Lord. Without a relationship with the Lord, how will you have access to what He has to tell you? Your weakness is not the challenge; the challenge is you staying connected to the Lord in the process of achieving your Divine Assignment.
Your Divine Assignment is meant for a specific location and with a specific message. You are not in control of your Divine Assignment. Your Divine Assignment is in control of you through your relationship with the Lord that assigned you. Either you like it or not, you must come to understand that you must be led by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the minister of the word of the Lord. The word of the Lord contains the details of God’s plan and purpose for your life. The only path is a constant relationship with the Lord through the Holy Spirit & His Word.

Vs. 8- Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD.

Fear is some thing we must live to confront daily in our journey of salvation and the only way out is; overcoming! According to the scripture above, you will realize that there will always be issue fighting to conquer our Faith through fear. For God to tell you not to be afraid, it means – there are things or issues that will get you scared.

The greatest thing the Lord wants you to remember or stay conscious of is the fact that He’s with you. The Lord is with you – this has nothing to do with the things you see, or feel. It’s an experience that comes with what you choose to believe. This is the only factor that creates the environment for confidence and Faith.

The Lord is with youto have a constant relationship with you. He desire to reveal and share himself with you. He wants to share His life, His authority, and His plan with you.

The Lord is with youto make you or prepare you into His Image, plans, & purpose. He must transform you from the carnal nature into His Nature. He must translate you from sin into His own righteousness. He needs to deal with your attitude, mindset, decision and motive; they must submit to the His authority. He wants to make you His very own, His very Best and His Son. He wants you to be matured, strong and fit to overcome ANY THING opposing His kingdom. He wants to show you forth as His pride and glory so, He must prepare you.

The Lord is with youas a teammate with you in this assignment He has assigned you. Your talent, skills and creativity are needed as platform for your assignment and His Life is needed as the source of the unfolding of his plan as the lifestyle of this generation.

The Lord will protect/deliver you – from the law of sin and death. This is the major challenge confronting all believers walking from sin to righteousness. Through His word and relationship with you, the Lord will deliver from that stronghold. You will discover that walking in righteousness becomes easy for you to do. God’s word will just take over you completely.

The Lord will protect/deliver you from your fears, worries, doubts and confusion. He is a Faithful God and His willing to deliver you from these agents through the Revelation of His word in your spirit. Through that revelation, you will begin to gain knowledge and understanding, empowering you to be free from fears, worries and doubts.

The Lord will protect/deliver youfrom wrong covenants and foundations in your family linage. As you begin to understand your right and authority in Christ, you begin to walk in them gaining freedom from Faith to Faith. Through Revelational knowledge – the Lord will begin to transform your thinking pattern and believe system into His will for your life.

The Lord will protect/deliver youfrom wrong relationships and decision. As you begin to walk and relate with the Holy Spirit through God’s word, the Lord Himself will begin to separate you from wrong relationships, wrong conversation, and wrong priorities. The Lord will begin to frustrate every wrong decision that is fighting His plans and purpose for your life.

Your Life, Relationships, and Resources Belong to God

Stewardship is more than managing money; it’s about recognizing that everything you are and everything you have belongs to God. Your life, time, relationships, and even your emotions are divine trusts, not personal possessions. Psalm 24:1 reminds us, “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.” When you understand this truth as a youth, it changes how you make choices, treat people, and handle opportunities. In dating and relationships, stewardship means honoring God with your heart and choices. You don’t date to fill loneliness; you date to reflect purpose. Your emotions should be guided by wisdom, not impulse. When you see your partner as someone God trusts you to treat with dignity, purity, and patience, your approach changes. You begin to love responsibly and communicate with respect, knowing you’ll give an account for how you handle another person’s heart. For singles, stewardship includes how you use your time and gifts while waiting. Every ...

HOW TO UNDERSTAND SEXUAL VALUES

Sexual value in a relationship is the discipline and purity you uphold concerning your body and desires. What is sexual value? It is the standard you place on how you honor God with your sexuality. Why is this important? Because sex is not just a physical act; it is a spiritual covenant designed for marriage. Who should care about sexual values? Both singles and those dating, because disregarding God’s design in this area can leave scars, regrets, and unnecessary baggage. 1 Thessalonians 4:3 reminds us, “It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality.” How do you build sexual value? By setting boundaries, avoiding compromising environments, and renewing your mind with God’s Word. When do you start? Now, not when you are engaged or married, because self-control is practiced long before the wedding day. Where does this apply? In how you relate with the opposite sex, the conversations you entertain, the media you consume, and the spaces you allow y...

HOW TO UNDERSTAND PHYSICAL VALUES

Physical value in a relationship goes beyond appearance; it speaks of health, care, presentation, and discipline. What you invest in your body reflects how you value yourself and the person you are with. Why should this matter? Because your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Neglecting your physical well-being shows a lack of regard not just for yourself but for the one who will share life with you. Think about it—if you do not take care of yourself, how will you have the strength, energy, and confidence to walk through life with someone else? How you maintain physical value is through consistent healthy habits—eating well, exercising, grooming, and dressing with respect. Who should this concern? Both men and women. The lie many believe is that only women should look attractive or men should only focus on money, but both genders have a responsibility to maintain physical value. When do you start? Not when you finally meet the person you want to marry but now...
