My Heart Cry! For Youths and Teenagers - Part 2

In your choice of friends, I want you to learn that your choice of friend can help you fulfill destiny or it can destroy you from your destiny. If you lack the knowledge for playing drums, make friends who are good in playing drums. Don’t make friends with people who lack the same thing you lack. Make friends who have what you lack. You are presently heartbroken as a youth yet, all your friends are people with broken hearts. You will not move forward if you continue this way. Make friends with people who already have what you are search for, those who have visited where you are going to and those who have conquered the battle that is confronting you. Make friends with people whose result will inspire you to learn, grow and improve in every area of your life. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you but in your own part, chose your friends through the similarity and complimentary of your talents, skills, creativity and ideas. The best way is for you to ask the Holy Spirit to teach you and direct your step. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him and he shall direct your path.

Be careful, no matter how influential or inspiring you can be to people, do not manipulate them, bull them and abuse them. Respect every one around you either they are younger, your age mates or your elder. See every opportunity you have in helping people as Grace extended to you by God. You do not know it all and you do not have it all. You need them just as they need you and together, we will rise in unity.

Is there any dream God has placed in you? Is it something that has been done or something that is new and fresh? I want you to know and believe that impossibility does not exist in Christ.  Impossibility only exists in carnal minds. There are no impossibilities for those that carry the Spirit of God. Believe in your God’s given dream. Do not wait for anybody to believe in you before you believe in yourself. Hold on to what you have and be ready to defend and die for your God’s given dream. Lots of things or experiences will show up to discourage you but, stayed focused through God’s word, and Spirit. You can, you will, and you must achieve, become and experience your God’s given dream. Yes! You can. I believe in the Grace of God upon your life.

Are you confused about everything around you and do you feel worthless? Do not worry. It is normal. All you have to do is to ask the Holy Spirit to open the eyes of your understanding to see God’s plan and purpose for your life. You are a blessing to this generation. Never you speak bad about yourself, do not look down on what God has kept in you. You are Royal in God’s nature and Heaven is looking up to you to express the best of God’s Nature in you.

It is possible to have the opposite gender as friends without been emotionally or sexually attached to them. If you do not know how to or you are afraid, ask the Holy Spirit to help you and he will. He has helped me at different levels of life and he will help you too. You must learn to know and understand that all that God has provided for you as provision for your life is scattered in the lives of the people around you (either male or female). It is not wrong neither is a sin to relate to the opposite gender. It becomes wrong or a sin when your motive is full of lust. If your heart if full of lust, you need help. Ask the Holy Spirit to transform your mind from lust to God’s love; as you study His Word, the Lord will teach you how to renew your mind – Romans 12:2.

You need a mentor either in the area of your talent or in your spiritual walk with God. Be wise and be led by the Holy Spirit of God. Your parents can be your mentor, your pastor can be your mentor and the Lord can use any body to bring life and beauty into your life. Allow the leading of the Holy Spirit to direct you. Be watchful, whosoever that will rise up as your mentor even if they are your parents, they must use the word of God as the bases for training, rebuking, correcting, and inspiring you into becoming the best God has planned for you to be to your generation. Having a mentor makes life simple, fast and error free. How many mentors can you have? You can have as many mentor as the Spirit of God leads you, it all depends on the different areas of your talent, skills, ideas and creativity you need help in developing and improving. Discover what you have, identify what you lack, and be ready to recognize those that carry the experience of what you lack and learn from them. Mentoring has nothing to do with age factor; it is the full expression of Grace and Experience.

It is natural for you to seek for approval, attention, listen ears, love and affection from people at this period of life but I do not want you to compromise your faith and trust in God in the process. Don’t sell your birthright. You are God’s kingdom, and you are Royal in Christ. Do not expect everybody to love or like you. You are the light of God to the world and darkness will surely hate you. Those God has set around you to listen, love and show affection to you will do that naturally. It is free, and you do not have to dress almost naked or abuse your priority just to fit into what people demands from you. You need to be yourself, be Godly, and be original in the area of God’s plan for your life. God’s people will love and respect you for who you truly are and even if you are not experiencing it presently, keep your faith in God and focus on God’s plan for your life. Value, respect, and celebrate yourself in your God. There is nothing wrong with you. Your height, your complexion, or whatsoever you have is perfect for God’s plan for your life.

I want you to guide your thoughts with God’s word. Be careful of what you believe and channel all your imagination through God’s word. Constantly renew your mind through God’s word. Your thoughts and imaginations in life will determine what your life will become as a person. As long as your mind is free through God’s word, your destiny is free already. The Lord has taught me this; what you think on, what you believe, and imagine will either build you or break you in life. Your heart is the throne of your life. You need to allow Christ to reign over your heart; your destiny and decision-making will be secured in God and success. They are good ideas that are not Godly. Be wise and do not depend on your own understanding.

Be Inspired!

Your Life, Relationships, and Resources Belong to God

Stewardship is more than managing money; it’s about recognizing that everything you are and everything you have belongs to God. Your life, time, relationships, and even your emotions are divine trusts, not personal possessions. Psalm 24:1 reminds us, “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.” When you understand this truth as a youth, it changes how you make choices, treat people, and handle opportunities. In dating and relationships, stewardship means honoring God with your heart and choices. You don’t date to fill loneliness; you date to reflect purpose. Your emotions should be guided by wisdom, not impulse. When you see your partner as someone God trusts you to treat with dignity, purity, and patience, your approach changes. You begin to love responsibly and communicate with respect, knowing you’ll give an account for how you handle another person’s heart. For singles, stewardship includes how you use your time and gifts while waiting. Every ...

Youths and Emotional Boundaries

In today’s culture where emotions often lead and convictions take the backseat, many singles and youths find themselves entangled in relationships that slowly pull them away from God rather than draw them closer. It’s easy to get swept up in the excitement of romantic attention and companionship, but without clear spiritual boundaries, you may end up sacrificing your devotion, purity, and even your purpose. The truth is, who you allow into your heart can either fan the flame of your love for God or quietly quench it. Not every connection is meant to carry you forward in your spiritual journey. Some are weights, not wings. God has standards—not to restrict us, but to protect us. Maintaining spiritual boundaries means deciding ahead of time that your walk with God will not be compromised for temporary affection or unguided passion. It’s choosing prayer over pressure, purpose over pleasure, and worship over wandering emotions. When you begin to sense that a relationship is making you too ...

HOW TO UNDERSTAND PHYSICAL VALUES

Physical value in a relationship goes beyond appearance; it speaks of health, care, presentation, and discipline. What you invest in your body reflects how you value yourself and the person you are with. Why should this matter? Because your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Neglecting your physical well-being shows a lack of regard not just for yourself but for the one who will share life with you. Think about it—if you do not take care of yourself, how will you have the strength, energy, and confidence to walk through life with someone else? How you maintain physical value is through consistent healthy habits—eating well, exercising, grooming, and dressing with respect. Who should this concern? Both men and women. The lie many believe is that only women should look attractive or men should only focus on money, but both genders have a responsibility to maintain physical value. When do you start? Not when you finally meet the person you want to marry but now...
