Stop making the men and ladies around you feel communication is a crime. Stop making them feel they are not good enough to communicate with you. Stop making them feel they are inferior to you. Even if the communication is affecting your walk with God – politely tell them your values. Make them understand your point of view and stand by it firmly. For how long will you continue to live in disobedience? For how long will you refuse the kings command? The king’s command is God’s word. In your present relationship, is the word of God your priority? The does and don’t in your life presently, were they created by God’s word (the kings command) ?
